Lead project control activities for large-scale Oil & Gas projects, ensuring cost, schedule, and risk management. Oversee planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking, while coordinating with engineering, procurement, and construction teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain project schedules (Primavera P6/MS Project) and monitor critical paths.
Track budgets, forecasts, and cost performance; manage variances and cost control.
Implement Earned Value Management (EVM) and risk mitigation plans.
Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and KPI updates for management and clients.
Coordinate project control processes with contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
Mentor junior project control staff and implement best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
15+ years in project control for Oil & Gas EPC projects.
Strong experience with scheduling and cost control tools (Primavera, SAP).
Knowledge of EVM, risk management, and project lifecycle.
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Preferred Certifications:

PMP, PSP, PRINCE2, or EVM certification
