We’re looking for a dedicated Safety Officer to join our team and play a key role in maintaining high HSE standards across our project sites.
Key Duties and Responsibilities- Implement & Maintain HSE/IMS Standards: Ensure compliance with Keller HSE policies, Integrated Management System (IMS), corporate HSEQ requirements, risk assessments, emergency plans, and localregulatory standards across project sites.
- Monitor Site Safety & Risk Control: Conduct safety inductions, inspections, audits, equipment checks, and hazard assessments to maintain a safe working environment, ensure corrective actions, and prevent incidents.
- Promote Safety Culture & Compliance: Deliver HSE training and awareness programs, support incident investigations, coordinate with stakeholders, maintain HSE records and reports, and drive continuous improvement in safety performance.
- Bachelor degree in Science (chemistry or physics) or Engineering; NEBOSH OSHA & IOSH technical certificates are required. 2 years’ experience in similar job.
