Design Engineer - Aluminum Radiator Systems

We are seeking a highly skilled Design Engineer – Aluminum Radiator to join our engineering team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving aluminum radiator systems for automotive and industrial applications. The role involves working closely with production, QC, and R&D teams to ensure high-quality, cost-effective, and performance-driven designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop aluminum radiators, heat exchangers, and cooling system components
• Prepare 3D models, 2D drawings, and detailed engineering documentation
• Use CAD software such as Solid Works / AutoCAD / CATIA
• Perform thermal analysis, structural analysis, and design validation
• Improve existing designs for better efficiency, durability, and cost reduction
• Coordinate with production and manufacturing teams for design feasibility
• Support prototype development and testing activates
• Ensure designs comply with industry standards and customer requirements
• Troubleshoot design issues and provide engineering solution
• Work closely with QC team to resolve design-related production issues

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Aluminum Radiator / Heat Exchanger design
• Strong knowledge of thermal systems and cooling technologies
• Proficiency in CAD software (Solid Works / AutoCAD / CATIA
• Experience in automotive or heavy vehicle radiator systems preferred
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (brazing, aluminum forming)
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in radiator manufacturing industry
• Knowledge of Aluminum brazed heat exchanger design
