Electrical Substations Site Manager

Oversee all construction and maintenance activities at electrical substations, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and project timelines.

• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation for substation projects, optimizing efficiency and cost‑effectiveness.
• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary site teams, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring high performance and skill development.
• Implement and enforce stringent quality control measures throughout the construction and commissioning phases of substation projects.

• Minimum 10 years of experience with SEC Grid Stations at 132 KV level.
• Experience with electrical substations (SEC and Saudi Aramco projects).
• Saudi Council Of Engineering Registered (preferable).
• Work experience in the construction of OHTL.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent professional certification highly preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in electrical substation construction, maintenance, or project management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex substation projects from inception to completion.
