Required for a reputable Construction Firm located at Dammam - KSA.
Qualifications- Good experience with HVAC systems.
- Good experience with chillers,
C.CU, and package unit. - Experience with pump station and pump selection.
- Familiar with all filing systems (foam - FM 200 - Nov Ac 1230 splinckers).
- Experience in infrastructural works (scwer, stormwater, fire lines).
- Minimum 7 years of experience.
- Experience working on construction of industrial buildings.
- Experience working with Aramco or R.C in KSA or Orascom or Petroget in Egypt.
- Familiar with ASTM standards, specifications, and flow all requirements.
- Experience in shop drawing, revision of design drawings, and detailing.
- Familiar with required documents for approvals (FIR, FCD, HPR, DCIV).
- Familiar with plan documents (Quality Plan, safety plan, Method statements, ITP).
- Good personality, able to head a team and make decisions.
