We're hiring an experienced Automation Engineer with strong Emerson Ovation DCS expertise for an exciting on-site contract opportunity in Dammam, Saudi Arabia
.
- Installation, configuration, and commissioning of Emerson Ovation DCS
- Programming control & regulation logic and operator graphics
- Configuration and implementation of Ovation SIS safety systems
- Configure ELC modules and Ovation I/O modules
- Migration of WDPF / Third-Party PLC / Legacy Ovation systems to the latest Ovation platform
- Ovation cabinet design and system setup during FAT
- PWCS system setup and testing during FAT
- Site commissioning, I/O checkout, startup support (Cold & Hot Start)
- Support SIS, PWCS, and third-party interface testing
- Optimization and tuning of automatic control systems
- Support SAT, acceptance testing, and ongoing service activities
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Emerson Ovation DCS
- Strong commissioning and service support experience
- Experience in DCS programming, configuration, FAT & SAT
- Knowledge of SIS
, WDPF migration, and third-party PLC integration - Full project lifecycle experience is an advantage
