Anan Air Conditioning is seeking an HVAC Estimation Engineer to prepare accurate cost estimates and technical proposals for HVAC projects. The role includes reviewing tender documents, drawings, and specifications, performing quantity take-offs, coordinating with suppliers, and preparing competitive commercial and technical submissions.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC estimation.
- Strong knowledge of VRF and Chilled Water systems.
- Proficient in HVAC quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, and cost estimation.
- Good understanding of ASHRAE, SMACNA, and HVAC design standards.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, HAP, and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience preparing and reviewing HVAC technical submittals.
- Proven experience with Saudi Aramco, Oil & Gas, Power, or Mining projects.
- Familiarity with Saudi Aramco standards (SAES/SATIP) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and vendor coordination skills.
