Hudson Manpower in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Civil Estimation Engineer with hands-on EPC bid experience to join our team. You will review ITB documents, prepare cost estimates, and coordinate with engineering, procurement and planning during bid preparation.
The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in civil engineering and at least five years of estimation/proposal experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, utilities or infrastructure, with strong QTO and BOQ skills.
