- Lead the design and development of HVAC products, including new models, series, and customized units.
- Prepare and review engineering drawings, BOMs, specifications, and other technical documents.
- Collaborate with Sales, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, and other teams to ensure smooth product development and production.
- Drive Value Engineering initiatives to improve product cost, quality, efficiency, and competitiveness.
- Evaluate and recommend solutions for product customization, deviations, and customer-specific requirements.
- Support the development, prototyping, testing, and commissioning of new HVAC products.
- Provide technical support to Sales, Service, and customers regarding product applications and engineering requirements.
- Evaluate components, materials, and suppliers to ensure compliance with technical and quality standards.
- Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies, industry standards, and engineering practices.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
. - Minimum 3-6 years of experience in HVAC/Refrigeration Design & Product Development.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC design principles, standards, and product development.
- Experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
; knowledge of ERP/design systems is an advantage. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and conceptual skills.
- Good command of English

Arabic is an advantage.
