Civil Design & Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and develop civil and structural engineering designs and drawings.
• Manage projects from initiation through completion and handover.
• Monitor project scope, schedule, progress, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and relevant stakeholders.
• Review executed works and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and engineering standards.
• Provide engineering and site supervision when required.
• Identify technical issues and provide appropriate engineering solutions.
• Review technical documents, reports, drawings, and project submissions.
• Prepare periodic project progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Lead and coordinate project teams and different engineering disciplines.
• Follow up on project requirements and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/ structural Engineering

• Strong experience in civil/structural engineering design and project management
  .
• Experience in engineering supervision and site activities.
• Strong ability to read, review, and assess engineering drawings and technical documents.
• Good knowledge of applicable building codes, standards, and engineering requirements.
• Strong project management, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple project requirements.
• Proficiency in relevant engineering and design software.
• Ability to work between office and site locations as required by the project.

• 15 – 8 years of relevant experience in civil engineering.
• Proven experience in engineering design and project management
  .
• Experience in engineering consultancy .

• Valid Saudi Council of Engineers Membership – Professional Classification.
