Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and analyze RFPs/RFQs for subcontracting works.
- Lead estimation and proposal deliverables, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
- Oversee RFQ issuance, conduct TBEs and CBEs for cost accuracy.
- Coordinate with Samsung E&A Seoul office and internal teams; act as liaison with subcontractors.
- Develop proposal strategies to maximize win probability and mitigate risks.
- Evaluate subcontractor workloads and provide management reporting.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related field.
- Experience: 10+ years in EPC proposal engineering and tendering, with Saudi Aramco project experience.
- Skills: Strong communication, MS Office proficiency, report writing, construction industry knowledge.
