- Conduct tailored product demonstrations based on client requirements clearly presenting key technical features applications and business benefits
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs identify technical requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Prepare and deliver professional technical presentations proposals and solution demonstrations in a clear and engaging manner
- Provide technical guidance and product recommendations to customers throughout the sales process
- Support customers in understanding product applications specifications and best-use scenarios to maximize the value of their investment
- Assist the sales team during client meetings technical discussions and solution evaluations
- Respond to technical inquiries and provide accurate product information to support customer decision-making
- Maintain strong knowledge of the company s products solutions market developments and relevant technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related engineering field
- Minimum of 4-7 years of relevant experience in sales engineering, technical sales, pre-sales, or a similar customer-facing technical role
- Strong technical understanding with the ability to translate complex product features into clear business benefits
- Previous experience with relevant software solutions, hardware systems, electronic equipment, or technical products is preferred
- Strong presentation, communication, and customer-facing skills
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions
- Relevant professional or technical certifications, such as Cisco, AWS, or equivalent certifications, are considered an advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively alongside sales and technical teams
