3 to 5 years of experience in lifting equipment inspection and maintenance, with a focus on safety and quality.
LEEA (Lifting Equipment Engineers Association) Certification is essential. NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) Certification preferred. Professional certifications such as Certified lifting Inspector or NDT Inspector, demonstrating specialized knowledge and commitment to the profession.
Extensive knowledge of lifting equipment standards, regulations, and best practices.
Team management skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision making abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer oriented approach.
Proficiency in English is mandatory, while knowledge of additional languages is a plus for international collaboration.
