- Manage and supervise the Technical Office team and coordinate all technical activities.
- Review and manage project drawings, specifications, method statements, calculations, and technical submittals.
- Coordinate between engineering disciplines, site teams, consultants, subcontractors, and the client.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable Saudi standards, and railway authority requirements.
- Manage the preparation, submission, tracking, and approval of technical documents.
- Review and respond to RFIs, technical queries, design changes, and consultant/client comments.
- Coordinate shop drawings and ensure proper technical integration between disciplines.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Railway Engineering,
- 10+ years of relevant experience
, preferably including significant experience in railway or major infrastructure projects. - Proven experience in Technical Office Management for large-scale construction or railway projects.
- Strong knowledge of technical submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, method statements, design coordination, and document management.
- Preferably previous experience with SAR projects in Saudi Arabia.
- Prior SAR approval is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Saudi construction and railway requirements.
- Experience dealing with clients, consultants, authorities, and major contractors.
