About the RoleWe are looking for an Electronics Engineer who can handle PCB design, soldering, validation, service support, and production coordination. This role is a bridge between firmware, hardware, and production, so strong hands-on troubleshooting and a production mindset are essential.
Responsibilities- Design schematics and PCB layouts for embedded electronic systems.
- Support prototype build, soldering, rework, and board bring-up.
- Validate and troubleshoot hardware at component, circuit, and board level.
- Work closely with firmware and production teams to resolve integration issues.
- Support service maintenance, failure analysis, and root-cause debugging.
- Assist in BOM preparation, component selection, and design revision control.
- Support production testing, manufacturing, and field issue resolution.
- Maintain documentation for hardware, validation, and production support.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in Electronics Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of analog and digital electronics
- PCB schematic and layout design experience
- Hands-on experience with Altium Designer, KiCad, OrCAD, or similar tools
- Soldering, rework, and board repair skills
- Debugging using multimeter, oscilloscope, power supply, and logic analyzer
- Understanding of power circuits, protection circuits, signal conditioning, and grounding
- Familiarity with MCU-based embedded hardware, especially STM
32-based designs - Understanding of interfaces such as UART, SPI, I2C, CAN/CAN-FD, RS485, PWM, ADC, GPIO, USB, Ethernet
- Ability to read datasheets, application notes, and schematics accurately
- EMI/EMC and signal integrity awareness
- Prototype-to-production transition support
- Production testing and fixture support
- Field failure analysis and service troubleshooting
- Knowledge of power electronics, sensor circuits, motor-control interfaces, and industrial I/O
- Vendor coordination for PCB fabrication and assembly
- Ability to act as the technical bridge between hardware and firmware teams
