DML Order Management Expert; Spare Parts; KSA

As a DML Order Management Expert (Spare Parts), you will target experienced professionals in logistics and supply chain management, particularly those with a background in the energy or industrial sectors. You will manage meaningful projects that streamline the spare parts ordering process, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to customer expectations, which directly impacts client satisfaction and Siemens Energy’s mission of delivering reliable energy solutions.

• Manage the end-to-end spare parts ordering process, from customer order release to delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (procurement, logistics, warehouse, technical and customer service) to ensure timely and accurate delivery fulfillment.
• Ensure adherence to customer orders, contracts, SLAs, and internal processes.
• Maintain SAP or other ERP system records and generate order reports.
• Responsible for revenue forecasting, fulfilment of KPIs, availability checks, and parts lifecycle management.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide proactive updates regarding order status.
• Identify process bottlenecks and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Responsible for the development of his/her subordinates and their training to ensure maximum performance and sharing of knowledge.
• Strictly comply with Siemens Energy Compliance, Quality & EHS requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred).
• Minimum 5 years’ demonstrable experience in order management, logistics and supply chain (preferably in the energy or industrial sector).
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
• Expert knowledge in managing spare parts, logistics and warehousing scopes to be able to positively fulfil customers’ expectations within the established process.
• Critical problem-solving experience and demonstration is a plus.
• Must be willing to work with a degree of flexibility to cater coordination requirements during late hours & weekends occasionally as business requires.
• Must have strong organizational and interpersonal skills; flexibility and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Displays an attitude conducive to progress through positive change, continuous improvement, and active contributor to the teamwork concept.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate computer skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) mandatory.
