The Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Executive is responsible for identifying customer requirements and aligning them with the company's technical capabilities to develop tailored testing solutions. The role includes preparing and presenting customized technical proposals and quotations, supporting negotiations to close deals, and ensuring smooth contract execution and schedule adherence. This position works closely with engineering teams to validate project feasibility, optimize costs, and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction while driving business growth.

PRINCIPAL

DUTIES:
  • 1. Identify customer requirements and match them with lab testing capabilities.
  • 2. Prepare and deliver customized technical proposals and quotations.
  • 3. Support negotiation with clients to secure new business.
  • 4. Follow up on contract execution and testing schedules.
  • 5. Work closely with lab engineers to ensure feasibility and cost optimization.
    • MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • 1.Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related discipline) or a relevant technical field.
  • 2.Experience Required Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or commercial engineering roles
    -preferably within a testing, lab, or engineering services environment.
  • 3.Strong technical understanding of testing services and their applications.
  • 4.Proven ability to create customized proposals and conduct technical sales presentations.
  • 5.Excellent negotiation and client relationship skills.
  • 6.Project coordination and contract follow-up experience.
  • 7.Ability to assess feasibility, manage costing, and support strategic decision-
