Salary - 37,500
SAR/month + bonus + schooling
The Senior Finance Controller is responsible for strengthening the financial health of the organisation through robust financial leadership, governance, and strategic support.
This role provides both operational and strategic financial oversight, acting as the chief financial spokesperson for the business. The position reports directly to the Group CFO and works closely with the Managing Director on all matters relating to budgeting, forecasting, cost optimisation, and funding strategy.
Key Responsibilities Policies and Governance- Recommend and implement improvements to financial policies and procedures
- Ensure full compliance with group policies and internal controls
- Develop and support corporate financial strategy and economic planning
- Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
- Provide timely insights to senior leadership to support decision making
- Support Sales and Logistics in contract negotiations
- Partner with all functions to support business objectives
- Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes
- Prepare financial year budgets in collaboration with senior leadership
- Review budget proposals and provide financial justification
- Oversee payroll processing, settlements, and reimbursements
- Manage fixed asset registration, disposal, and accounting
- Manage cash flow priorities and departmental fund allocations
- Approve expenses across all branches in line with policy and budget
- Oversee letters of credit, bank guarantees, and loan management
- Ensure timely opening of LCs for suppliers
- Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks
- Maintain internal controls and insurance coverage
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and audit requirements
- Act as key contact for external auditors and audit committees
- Lead and develop the finance team
- Identify skills gaps and recommend training plans
- Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback
- Ensure compliance with QSSE standards and local legislation
- Support audits, incident reporting, and corrective actions
- Promote continuous improvement in quality, safety, and security
- Undertake ad hoc projects and special assignments as required by senior management
