Investor Relations Manager

Maandag Middle East is currently recruiting an experienced Investor Relations Manager on behalf of a leading organization in Saudi Arabia's energy and industrial sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and managing the Investor Relations function, supporting the company's IPO preparations, and overseeing investor communications and regulatory compliance throughout the listing and post-listing stages.

This position reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

• Develop, establish, and manage the Investor Relations function, particularly during IPO preparation and post-listing activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with shareholders, institutional investors, financial analysts, and capital market stakeholders.
• Coordinate financial disclosures, earnings announcements, investor presentations, and annual reports.
• Ensure compliance with Capital Market Authority (CMA) and Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) regulations in collaboration with Finance, Legal, and Corporate Governance teams.
• Monitor capital market trends, share performance, investor sentiment, and peer company activities.
• Support executive management in communicating the company's financial performance, business strategy, and long-term growth plans.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• CFA certification or MBA qualification is preferred.
• 10–15 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, or Capital Markets.
• Previous experience working with a Tadawul-listed company or supporting IPO preparation is highly preferred

• Strong understanding of CMA regulations, financial reporting requirements, and corporate governance practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Professional proficiency in both Arabic and English.
