The HR Officer is responsible for designing and executing strategic recruitment initiatives, workforce planning, and talent development programs that align with organizational goals. This role plays a key part in building employer branding, enhancing employee capabilities through training and development, and supporting succession planning initiatives. By driving both acquisition and development, the role contributes to creating a sustainable talent pipeline and a culture of continuous learning and growth.
MainJob Responsibilities
- Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract, engage, and retain top talent, ensuring alignment with workforce planning and business needs
- Collaborate with managers to identify short- and long-term talent needs, create workforce plans, and support succession planning efforts.
- Promote the organization as an employer of choice through career fairs, partnerships with universities, and social media campaigns.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, HRM, or a related field
- Good English language
