Human Resources Analyst-Tamheer

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Tamheer Trainee to join our team. Through the Tamheer program, you will have the opportunity to develop practical HR skills, work alongside experienced professionals, and gain exposure to different areas of Human Resources, including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, HR Administration, and Organizational Development
.

As an HR Tamheer Trainee, you will support the HR team in day-to-day activities and participate in projects across different HR functions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the preparation of HR reports, employee data, and workforce information for management.
• Maintaining and updating employee records and personnel information
  , ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Gathering and organizing information related to employees'
  training, skills, compensation, promotions, and career history
  .
• Supporting the HR team in analyzing information and identifying insights to assist with HR-related decisions.
• Assisting the Talent Acquisition team throughout recruitment and selection activities.
• Supporting activities related to organizational structures and position management in line with corporate guidelines.
• Contributing to the preparation and monitoring of the HR budget by providing relevant information and analysis.
• Supporting the review of job titles and position classifications to ensure alignment with organizational guidelines.
• Participating in HR projects and initiatives while gaining exposure to HR processes, systems, and best practices.

We are looking for candidates who are:

• Local professionals eligible for the Tamheer program.
• Recent graduates with a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or related field

• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
