• Perform assessment & design of Shared Services, Target Operating Model, detailed Governance and Interaction Model, preparation to Transition, baseline across various sites, and business case development for the proposed org structure
• Contribute to assessments how GenAI and Agentic architecture can be leveraged to generate efficiencies and improve customer satisfaction
• Perform Shared Service feasibility assessments, benchmarking projects and propose Transformation Roadmaps
• Implement performance and continuous improvement measures
• Contribute to change impact assessment that transitioned for various business units
• Contributing to business development activities including identifying opportunities, developing and presenting proposals

• 6+ years of experience in consulting and finance transformation projects
• Bachelor’s degree
• Preferred knowledge of Resources / Oil & Gas
• Arabic speaker preferred
