Technical Program Manager

We are looking for a
Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive high-impact technology initiatives. You will work at the intersection of engineering, product, and business, ensuring complex projects are executed on time, within scope, and with high quality. This role requires strong technical acumen, program management expertise, and the ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.

• Own and drive the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical programs across multiple teams.
• Translate business goals into actionable milestones.
• Define program scope, success metrics, schedules, and dependencies.
• Identify risks, resolve conflicts, and proactively remove roadblocks to ensure program success.
• Communicate clearly with executives, engineers, and cross‑functional teams on progress, priorities, and issues.
• Partner with product managers and engineering leads to balance short‑term priorities with long‑term strategy.
• Foster collaboration across distributed teams and promote operational excellence.
• Champion continuous improvement in program management processes and tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of experience in program or project management in a technology‑driven company or fast‑growing startups.
• Proven track record of managing large‑scale, cross‑functional programs end‑to‑end.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience working with financial products or programs is a plus.
