As Investor Relations Coordinator at Moon Tech, you'll be the architect of our investor experience-from first contact to funding milestones. You'll bring structure to the investor pipeline, clarity to communications, and precision to every piece of fundraising material.

• Investor CRM Management
  :
  Own and optimize our Hub Spot CRM-track interactions, follow-ups, and generate sharp reports.

• Investor Engagement
  :
  Lead timely, professional outreach to current and potential investors. Schedule meetings, craft communication, and ensure alignment across touchpoints.

• Data Room Excellence
  :
  Maintain a clean, intuitive, and always up-to-date investor data room.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  :
  Work with legal, finance, leadership, and marketing teams to deliver polished pitch decks, financial reports, and metrics.

• Handling Investor Requests
  :
  Respond to inquiries with clarity, accuracy, and speed.

• Fundraising Support
  :
  Keep the fundraising engine running-providing structure and momentum through every phase of the investment lifecycle.

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in investor relations, fundraising operations, or startup finance.

• Proficiency with Hub Spot (or equivalent CRM), Google Workspace, and virtual meeting tools.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines while handling sensitive information.

• Bonus:
  Prior experience in tech, startups, or performance marketing is a plus.
