We are seeking a strategic, user-focused, and collaborative Change Management Lead to join our transformation and operations team. The successful candidate will design and lead change programs that enable successful adoption of business and technology initiatives, minimize disruption, and deliver measurable adoption and value. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement skills, experience managing organizational change across multi-disciplinary teams, and an ability to partner with program managers, product teams, HR, communications, and business leaders.
Key Responsibilities - Change Strategy & Delivery- Develop and execute holistic change management strategies and plans that align with program objectives, stakeholder needs, and organizational priorities.
- Assess change impacts across people, process, and technology; define readiness criteria and targeted interventions to mitigate risk and accelerate adoption.
- Lead stakeholder analysis and engagement activities, building strong relationships with senior leaders and front-line managers to secure sponsorship and alignment.
- Design and deliver communications, training, coaching, and reinforcement plans tailored to audience segments to drive awareness, capability, and adoption.
- Partner with program and product teams to integrate change activities into project schedules, sprint planning, and release readiness workflows.
- Define and track change KPIs-such as adoption rates, usage metrics, training completion, resistance indicators, and employee sentiment-to measure impact and guide course corrections.
- Facilitate workshops, town halls, and readiness reviews; prepare executive briefings and stakeholder updates to communicate status, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Develop change assets and toolkits (e.g., playbooks, FAQs, role-based guidance) and coach managers to model and sustain desired behaviors.
- Manage relationships with external change consultants and vendors as needed; define scopes of work and oversee delivery to quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Communications, HR, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in change management, organizational development, or related roles supporting enterprise-wide transformations.
- Proven ability to design and deliver change plans that drive successful adoption in complex, matrixed environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with experience securing executive sponsorship and enabling middle-management accountability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience creating communications, training materials, and executive summaries.
- Familiarity with change frameworks and methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter) and experience applying them pragmatically to deliver outcomes.
- Experience using qualitative and quantitative data-surveys, adoption metrics, interviews-to diagnose issues and demonstrate impact.
- Experience working within agile delivery models and embedding change activities into sprint and release cadences.
- Knowledge of learning design, e-learning platforms, and performance support tools to scale training and reinforcement.
- Familiarity with HR programs, workforce planning, and role-based competency models that support sustainable change.
- Experience with measurement platforms, survey tools, and analytics to track adoption and inform continuous improvement.
- Certifications in change management (e.g., Prosci) or related credentials are a plus.
- Full-time role with a collaborative, cross-functional work model; onsite presence is expected with flexible scheduling options as appropriate.
