Role Overview

We are looking for a Functional Consultant to lead the analysis, design, and implementation of business solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 FO). The role requires strong expertise in Finance, Warehouse Management, and Commerce, with the ability to bridge business needs and system capabilities, ensuring successful delivery of end-to-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
  • Design system processes aligned with business needs and best practices
  • Configure and support D365 FO modules (Finance, Warehouse Management, POS)
  • Define business rules, workflows, and validation logic
  • Work closely with technical teams on integrations, including data mapping and process flow
  • Prepare and maintain functional documentation (BRD, process flows, test cases)
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure business validation
  • Support go-live and provide post-go-live (hyper‑care) support
  • Train users and ensure smooth system adoption
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or any related field
  • Minimum 9 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
  • Hands‑on experience in end‑to‑end D365 FO implementation (requirements → go‑live)
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Finance (GL, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting & Consolidation)
    • Advanced Warehouse Management (WMS)
    • Commerce / POS
  • Good technical understanding of:
    • Lifecycle Services (LCS)
    • Data Management Framework (DMF)
    • Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
    • Integrations (API, batch, data mapping)
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Certifications (Preferred)
  • MB-300 – Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Core
  • MB-310 – Dynamics 365 Finance
  • MB-330 – Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management
