Computer Engineer

Purpose of the position

As [Computer Engineer] you will be part of the [IT Team] within [IT Department]. You will support [indicate the specific goal]. (Position abstract)

• Participate in ongoing IT activities, maintenance work, extension of IT network and day-to-day activities
• Prepare technical reports, compliance records, apply industrial standards and corrective actions as per need
• Provide troubleshooting system for Windows, Outlook, macOS, and Linux environments
• Maintain technology infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations through hardware/software installation, network troubleshooting, and user support
• Install, configure, and update laptops, desktop computers, printers, and phones
• Provide on-site or remote support to staff to resolve OS, application, and connectivity issues (helpdesk functionality)
• Monitor server performance, manage backups, and ensure uptime for internal systems
• Evaluate and upgrade existing IT infrastructure to meet growing business needs

• Master's Degree/bachelor’s degree in [Bachelor degree]
• 3-6 years of experience in administrative or technical support roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
