Core HR What You'll Be Doing:

Lead and support end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules
Configure Core HR, ORC, and Talent Management solutions aligned with business needs
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver functional solutions
Manage workflows, security roles, approvals, and business process configurations
Support integrations using HCM Extracts, FBDI, and OIC
Execute testing, UAT support, and production validation activities
Prepare functional documents, user guides, and training materials
Support data migration, reconciliation, go-live, and post-production activities
Train HR users and provide functional guidance across teams

Ideal Candidate Should Have:

Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementations
Expertise in Core HR, ORC, and Talent Management modules
Experience with integrations and data migration activities
Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment

Collaborative and growth-oriented environment
