AI Automation & n8n Specialist

We are looking for a hands on AI Workflow Automation Specialist to help us build new workflows, troubleshoot errors, and optimize our existing automations. We need a "doer" who understands the technical side of automation deeply and possesses the curiosity to constantly evolve our tech stack as new tools emerge.

• Build & Maintain Workflows:
  Create reliable workflows (primarily using n8n, but also evaluating alternative platforms like Make, Pipedream, VAPI, etc) to automate business processes (e.g., updating CRMs, parsing emails, creating agents, etc).
• API & Web Automation:
  Connect external tools using Webhooks and HTTP Request nodes. For platforms lacking traditional APIs, you will use tools like Browserless, Playwright, or Airtop to log into portals, navigate menus, and extract or upload data.
• AI Integration & Agentic Design:
  Connect AI model nodes and MCP servers to build smart agents capable of analyzing text and structured data.
• Custom Logic & Coding:
  Write JavaScript inside Code Nodes to transform complex data structures (JSON) when standard nodes aren't enough.
• Fix & Optimize:
  Troubleshoot "crashed" executions, fix JSON mapping errors, and ensure data flows correctly between nodes.
• Future Proofing:
  Actively research and prototype emerging automation methods and "better ways" of working. You won't just follow a manual; you will suggest migrations to newer, more efficient technologies as they appear in the AI/Automation field.

• Automation:
  Deep knowledge of n8n (Split in Batches, Merge, Wait, IF/Switch), with the ability to translate those logic patterns to any other automation engine or custom script.
• JavaScript & JSON:
  You are comfortable writing custom code to map, filter, and format data-you see code as a tool to bypass the limitations of "no-code."
• AI & LLM Literacy:
  Experience using AI nodes (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.) and a commitment to keeping up with the rapid weekly updates in the LLM space.
• API Expertise:
  Comprehensive understanding of Webhooks, POST/GET requests, and various API authentication methods.
• Browser Automation:
  Experience with headless browser tasks, web scraping, and navigating complex UI flows.
• MCP (Model Context Protocol):
  Familiarity with connecting AI agents to local/external data sources using MCP.
• Adaptability and Self learning:
  You are someone who spends time exploring the latest automation trends and is excited to pivot to new platforms if they provide a competitive advantage.
