Senior DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Dev Ops Engineer to design, operate, and continuously improve all CI/CD pipelines, containerization, environment management, and application monitoring. The role owns the automation backbone linking developers, security tooling, and infrastructure into a controlled and auditable release path, in compliance with SAMA and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, operate, and improve CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or equivalent) integrated with version control systems.
• Manage containerization platforms (Docker) including build, registry, and deployment workflows.
• Own environment management across dev, testing, staging, and production ensuring consistency and segregation.
• Integrate security scanning tools (SAST, SCA, secrets scanning) and enforce automated quality and security gates.
• Manage application monitoring platforms (e.g., New Relic) and secrets management solutions.
• Coordinate production deployments with Infrastructure, Database, and Product teams per change management process.
• Define and enforce release management procedures including approval workflows and rollback procedures.
• Produce audit and compliance evidence for regulators, internal audit, and external assessors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Dev Ops or platform engineering experience, financial sector experience preferred.
• Strong expertise in CI/CD platforms (Jenkins), version control (Git, Gitea, TFS), and containerization (Docker).
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code, configuration management, and environment automation.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring platforms (New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana) and secrets management.
• Knowledge of SAMA Cyber Security and IT Governance Frameworks.
• Certifications are highly preferred (AWS Dev Ops, Azure Dev Ops, CKA, CKAD);
  Dev Sec Ops  certifications are a plus.
