Website Designer; UI Designer​/UI Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative UI Designer / UI Developer with 4–7 years of experience to join our digital team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing visually compelling, user-friendly interfaces and translating them into responsive, high-performing web experiences. This role requires strong expertise in Figma and Webflow, along with a solid understanding of modern UI/UX principles and web standards.

• Design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric interfaces for web applications and digital platform
• Create wireframes, user flows, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes using Figma
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX researchers, and developers to translate business requirements into effective design solutions.
• Develop and maintain responsive websites using Webflow, ensuring pixel-perfect implementation
• Ensure consistency in branding, typography, color systems, and UI components across all digital asset
• Optimize designs for usability, accessibility (WCAG standards), and performance
• Conduct design reviews and incorporate feedback from stakeholder
• Maintain and enhance design systems, style guides, and reusable UI component
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and industry best practice
• Work within agile/scrum teams and deliver projects within defined timeline

• 4–7 years of experience in UI design and/or UI development.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Figma (design, prototyping, collaboration).
• Proven experience with Webflow for building production-ready websites.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, usability, and human-centered design.
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.
• Ability to clearly present design ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholder
