We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Specialist to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia
.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, maintain, and optimize the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP environment.
Provide day-to-day system administration, technical support, and troubleshooting.
Gather business requirements and translate them into effective Dynamics 365 solutions.
Configure and customize the system to support business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business processes and system performance.
Develop reports, dashboards, and documentation.
Support ERP implementation, upgrades, integrations, and user training.
Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure system reliability and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP
.
Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules and ERP business processes.
Experience with system configuration, user support, and troubleshooting.
Experience in ERP implementation, upgrades, or integrations is highly preferred.
Knowledge of Power BI
, Power Platform
, or reporting tools is an advantage.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
