ITCAN TECHNOLOGY and DIGITAL MARKETING is seeking a Creator Sourcing Executive to scale influencer campaigns by managing a network of freelance prospectors who identify and onboard creators for brand campaigns. You'll use checklists, scorecards, and playbooks to ensure creators meet content quality, audience quality, and platform fit.
Responsibilities include leading the prospector team, ensuring lead quality, refining acquisition processes, and tracking the full funnel from leads to revenue.
