We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Lead (Core HR & Payroll) to lead the design, implementation, support, and optimization of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Core HR and Oracle Fusion Payroll
, ensuring alignment with business requirements, HR policies, payroll regulations, and organizational standards.
The role involves leading functional delivery, stakeholder engagement, solution design, payroll process optimization, compliance management, and post-go-live support within Oracle Fusion SaaS environments.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion Core HR and Payroll
. - Configure enterprise and workforce structures, employee lifecycle processes, and payroll components.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Conduct workshops, CRP, SIT, UAT, and support go-live activities.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, technical, and integration teams.
- Manage data migration (HDL), reporting (OTBI/BI Publisher), and system integrations.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and statutory requirements.
- Prepare BRD, FSD, configuration documents, and testing artifacts.
- Act as the primary contact for stakeholders and drive issue resolution.
- Provide production support, enhancements, and ensure SLA adherence.
- 6-10 years of experience in Oracle HCM (Oracle Fusion preferred).
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- Oracle Fusion Core HR
- Oracle Fusion Payroll
- Experience in Oracle HCM implementation, rollout, and AMS/support projects.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, employee lifecycle management, and payroll operations.
- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, SIT, and UAT.
- Working knowledge of HDL, OIC, OTBI, and BI Publisher
. - Understanding of SaaS-based HCM applications and integrations.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Middle East/KSA projects and payroll compliance is preferred.
- Valid Saudi IQAMA is mandatory.
