The Technical SEO Specialist will be responsible for optimizing Taafik's digital presence to improve organic visibility, website performance, and user experience for individuals seeking addiction guidance and support. In this full-time, on-site role based in Dammam, the specialist will perform technical audits, manage site architecture, monitor crawlability and indexability, and resolve issues related to speed, mobile responsiveness, structured data, and metadata.

The role includes collaborating with content, development, and marketing teams to implement SEO best practices, define technical requirements, and support content optimization aligned with user intent and Taafik's mission. The Technical SEO Specialist will regularly analyze performance using analytics and SEO tools, prepare reports, and recommend data-driven improvements to increase qualified traffic and conversions. This position also involves staying updated on search engine algorithm changes, industry trends, and compliance requirements relevant to health and advisory services.

• Candidates should possess strong technical SEO skills, including site audits, crawl and index management, structured data implementation, XML sitemaps, and robots.txt optimization.
• Candidates should possess experience with performance optimization, including page speed improvements, Core Web Vitals, mobile-first optimization, and resolving technical issues affecting UX and rankings.
• Candidates should possess proficiency with SEO and analytics tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, keyword research tools, and rank tracking platforms.
• Candidates should possess skills in on-page optimization, including metadata, internal linking, content structure, and basic understanding of content strategy for search intent.
