- Develop and maintain sophisticated sales dashboards and reports transforming raw data into actionable insights for the sales team
- Analyze sales performance metrics identifying trends patterns and anomalies to uncover opportunities for revenue growth and process improvement
- Collaborate closely with sales leadership to understand their strategic objectives and translate them into data-driven recommendations
- Build predictive models to forecast sales assess pipeline health and identify potential risks and opportunities
- Design and implement A B tests for sales strategies and campaigns measuring impact and recommending optimizations
- Automate data collection and reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy freeing up valuable time for strategic analysis
- Conduct deep-dive analyses into customer behavior market dynamics and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
- Communicate complex analytical findings clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Identify and troubleshoot data quality issues ensuring the integrity and reliability of sales data for informed decision-making
- Stay abreast of the latest analytical tools techniques and industry best practices to continuously enhance analytical capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in sales analysis, business intelligence, or a similar data-driven role.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts and their application in sales forecasting and performance analysis.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) and sales methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights effectively through compelling storytelling.
- Proficiency in Python or R for advanced statistical modeling and automation is a plus.
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to learning new technologies and analytical methods.
