An opportunity is available for an experienced Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on the end-to-end delivery of Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM) solutions, including implementations, enhancements, and Application Management Services (AMS) support.

The Oracle Fusion Projects Functional Lead will support project financials, governance, solution delivery, and stakeholder alignment across enterprise programs. The role requires extensive Oracle Project Accounting and PPM experience, including multiple Oracle Fusion PPM Cloud implementations and full lifecycle implementations as a Lead Consultant.

The position is offered for an initial 1-year duration with annual renewal and is open only to applicants currently living in Saudi Arabia. Experience in Oil & Gas, Drilling, Asset Management organizations, or previous work experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle Fusion PPM solutions.
• Support Oracle Fusion PPM implementations, enhancements, and AMS activities.
• Drive project financials and governance across enterprise programs.
• Facilitate customer-facing workshops.
• Align stakeholders across enterprise programs.
• Manage onsite-offshore delivery teams.
• Prepare Solution Design Documents (SDD).
• Prepare Key Configuration Decisions (KCD).
• Prepare configuration workbooks.
• Support data migration and technical activities.
• Prepare and support SIT/UAT test scripts.
• Provide SIT/UAT support.
• Prepare training materials.

• 15+ years of Oracle Project Accounting / PPM experience.
• Minimum 2+ Oracle Fusion PPM Cloud implementations

• At least 2 full lifecycle Fusion implementations as a Lead Consultant.
• Strong customer-facing skills.
• Strong workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience managing onsite-offshore delivery teams.
