Job Role:

SAP Success Factors Consultant – Employee Central

JD:

• Manage incidents, service requests, changes, and problem tickets through Service Now.
• Gather HR business requirements and configure SAP Success Factors Employee Central.
• Troubleshoot issues, meet SLAs, and prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring problems.
• Manage employee master data, data uploads, corrections, and validations.
• Configure role-based permissions, business rules, workflows, and system notifications.
• Support integrations with SAP ERP, S/4
  
  HANA, payroll, and third-party systems.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics using standard reporting applications.
• Conduct testing, UAT, end-user training, and system audits.
• Maintain technical documentation as per DACO standards and templates.
• Coordinate with HR users, IT teams, SAP support, and vendors for issue resolution.

• Business Rules, Workflows, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
• Troubleshooting, RCA, and SLA management

• SAP Integration Suite (CPI), APIs, OData, and Web Services

• Success Factors reporting, dashboards, and analytics
• Single Sign-On (SSO) and security configuration
• Import/Export, MDF, and mass data uploads
• UAT, testing, end-user training, and documentation
• Service Now ticketing tool
• HR data privacy and compliance

• Strong hands-on experience in supporting and configuring Success Factors Employee Central.
• Ability to resolve HR system issues within agreed SLAs.
• Experience in integrations, data management, security, and reporting.
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to prepare RCA reports, maintain documentation, and implement long-term fixes
