System Administrator

We are looking for a skilled System Administrator – IT Infrastructure to manage, maintain, and secure enterprise IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in server administration, infrastructure monitoring, patch management, backup and recovery, and IT security operations.

• Server Administration: Hands-on experience in Windows Server and/or Linux administration.
• Infrastructure Management: Monitoring and maintaining servers, network devices, and storage systems.
• Patch Management: Performing server upgrades, security patching, and system maintenance.
• Backup & Disaster Recovery: Managing backups, restoration activities, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Security & Access Management: Managing user accounts, permissions, authentication, and security controls.
• Incident Management: Troubleshooting infrastructure issues, performing root cause analysis, and resolving incidents.
• System Monitoring: Ensuring infrastructure availability, performance, and reliability.

• Networking fundamentals – TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing and switching.
• Virtualization technologies – VMware / Hyper‑V.
• Active Directory, Group Policy, and MFA.
• ITIL processes, change management, and technical documentation.
• Microsoft, CCNA, RHCE, or equivalent technical certifications.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Relevant hands‑on experience in enterprise IT infrastructure and system administration.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
