- Design, develop, and implement system integrations (APIs, middleware, data interfaces).
- Analyze business and technical requirements to define integration solutions.
- Configure and manage integration platforms and tools.
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration performance issues.
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Collaborate with IT, digital, and business teams to support system enhancements.
- Maintain technical documentation for integrations and workflows.
- Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in system integration, APIs, or middleware platforms.
- Strong understanding of data formats (JSON, XML), web services, REST/SOAP.
- Experience with integration tools (e.g., Mule Soft, SAP PI/PO, Oracle Integration, etc.).
- Knowledge of databases and SQL.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills in English.
