A reputable pipeline service company in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Purchasing Officer responsible for managing suppliers and ensuring timely deliveries of materials. You will handle procurement processes including purchase requisitions, order creation, and supplier negotiations. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's in Engineering or Supply Chain and 5+ years of international purchasing experience. Proficient knowledge of ERP systems and English is required.
