Job PurposeResponsible for overseeing and managing the daily operational activities related to inbound, outbound, storage of the product. Logistics coordinator shall plan, manage and coordinate the activities of employees assigned to the operations section either directly or through subordinate managers and supervisors to ensure goals and objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate operations with internal teams, suppliers, and departments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Process logistics transactions (STOs, transfers, GRNs) in SAP in line with planning, procurement, and sales requirements.
- Handle daily communication and issue resolution between warehouse operations, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, SOPs, QMS, and GDP standards.
- Organize inbound and outbound documentation and ensure accuracy of all logistics transactions.
- Monitor stock movements including transfers across DC and branches within KSA, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Track, analyze, and report logistics performance, including KPIs and operational data.
- Handle inventory control tasks including removal of damaged/expired items and maintaining proper records and logs.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by tracking logistics issues and ensuring professional archiving.
Minimum Qualifications
Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
0-2 years in Supply Chain and related activities.
Skills- Good knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel and Outlook
