Factory Load Planning leader is responsible for leading and coordinating operational planning activities across demand planning, factory load management, MRP strategy governance, operational risk mitigation, and milestone database management. The role ensures alignment between customer demand, production capacity, material readiness, and project execution priorities while driving operational stability and continuous improvement across the planning organization.
How you’ll make an impact- Lead planning activities to ensure alignment between demand, factory capacity, production schedules, and material availability.
- Coordinate factory load balancing and operational priorities in alignment with project requirements and business targets.
- Monitor short-, medium-, and long-term planning risks and initiate mitigation actions where required.
- Lead operational risk mitigation activities related to material shortages, engineering delays, production bottlenecks, and feeder factory constraints.
- Ensure critical operational risks are identified, tracked, escalated, and followed up with stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional reviews to minimize operational disruptions and improve execution stability.
- Maintain and monitor operational risk tracking tools, dashboards, and mitigation action plans. Support improvements in HSE reporting, KPI tracking, and data analysis.
- Oversee MRP strategy and planning parameter governance to ensure planning accuracy and system alignment.
- Support optimization of SAP planning settings including lead times, safety stock, reorder points, and planning strategies.
- Ensure planning master data accuracy and alignment between operational requirements and ERP system parameters.
- Ensure proper governance and maintenance of milestone planning databases and operational tracking tools.
- Monitor project milestones, operational readiness, and planning alignment across departments.
- Ensure missed milestones and planning deviations are properly tracked, reported, and escalated.
- Coordinate with PM, Engineering, SCM, and Production teams to maintain milestone visibility and execution alignment.
- You willbe responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain management, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning, material planning, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.
- Professional certifications in Planning or Operations Management are considered an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning, material planning, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP S/4
HANA. - Strong understanding of production planning, material planning, factory load management, and operational execution processes.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Arabic language is required.
