Customs Clearance Coordinator

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dammam for a Customs Clearance Specialist. The individual in this role will handle all aspects of customs brokerage, coordinate import and export processes, prepare necessary documentation, ensure compliance with customs regulations, and communicate effectively with clients, agents, and customs authorities. Additional responsibilities include managing timelines, resolving clearance delays, and providing updates on shipment statuses.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customs Brokerage processes and procedures
• Thorough understanding of Customs H.S. code Import, Export, and Import-Export management
• Strong Communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, customs authorities, and internal teams
• Ability to ensure compliance with all relevant customs and trade regulations
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and organizational ability
• Experience with relevant software or tools for customs clearance is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is advantageous.
