Supply Chain Planner

Cem Serv is seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain Planner to join its Supply Chain team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating demand, supply, and inventory activities to ensure smooth production operations, material availability, and optimum inventory levels across the business.

• Develop and maintain demand, supply, and inventory plans to support business and production requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure the availability of materials required for uninterrupted operations.
• Coordinate closely with Production, Procurement, Warehouse, and Finance teams to align supply chain activities and meet operational objectives.
• Analyze forecasts, consumption trends, and planning data to improve forecast accuracy and planning effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities to optimize inventory levels while balancing availability and cost.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to planning processes and supply chain performance.
• Track key planning metrics and provide regular reports and recommendations to management.

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification is an advantage.

• 3 to 6 years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, or inventory planning.
• Experience with in industrial, manufacturing, or related environments

• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Strong experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Inventory management and optimization.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination abilities.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
