We are looking for Logistics Officer to join our team, bringing strong expertise in logistics coordination, import/export operations, and customs clearance to support smooth and efficient supply chain operations.

2nd Industrial City, Dammam

Key Responsibilities
  • Take full ownership of obtaining, managing, and monitoring Saudi Customs import duty exemptions for raw materials, machinery, spare parts, and eligible imported items, ensuring accurate records, timely submissions, and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage import and export logistics activities, including shipment tracking, transportation coordination, and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate customs clearance with brokers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, ZATCA, and relevant authorities.
  • Prepare, verify, and maintain shipping and customs documentation, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth material flow and compliance with shipping requirements.
  • Monitor shipments, resolve logistics or customs issues, and support urgent shipments when required.
  • Maintain accurate logistics records, shipment reports, customs exemption records, and cost analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Customs regulations, import/export laws, and company policies.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize freight costs, transit times, customs processes, and overall logistics efficiency.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in logistics, import/export, and customs clearance, preferably within the steel, manufacturing, or construction materials industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Customs procedures, freight forwarding, and shipping documentation.
  • Experience dealing with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transport companies.
  • Good understanding of Incoterms and international shipping practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple shipments effectively.
