Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead procurement activities for Saudi Aramco EPC projects within the Oil & Gas sector. The role is responsible for managing procurement strategies, vendor development, material sourcing, contract administration, and timely project delivery while ensuring compliance with Saudi Aramco standards and project specifications.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement procurement strategies for EPC projects.
Manage procurement activities from RFQ to purchase order issuance and delivery.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
Coordinate with engineering, project, and construction teams to ensure timely material availability.
Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and procurement costs.
Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco procurement procedures and project requirements.
Prepare procurement reports, budgets, and vendor performance evaluations.
Resolve procurement issues while maintaining project schedules and quality standards.
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 12 years of procurement experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
Procurement experience in Saudi Aramco EPC Projects is mandatory.
Saudi Aramco approval is preferred.
Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and contract administration.
