Procurement Manager

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead procurement activities for Saudi Aramco EPC projects within the Oil & Gas sector. The role is responsible for managing procurement strategies, vendor development, material sourcing, contract administration, and timely project delivery while ensuring compliance with Saudi Aramco standards and project specifications.

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for EPC projects.

• Manage procurement activities from RFQ to purchase order issuance and delivery.

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.

• Coordinate with engineering, project, and construction teams to ensure timely material availability.

• Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and procurement costs.

• Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco procurement procedures and project requirements.

• Prepare procurement reports, budgets, and vendor performance evaluations.

• Resolve procurement issues while maintaining project schedules and quality standards.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• Minimum 12 years of procurement experience in the Oil & Gas industry.

• Procurement experience in Saudi Aramco EPC Projects is mandatory.

• Saudi Aramco approval is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and contract administration.
