Procurement Manager

A leading Electrical Contracting company located in Dammam - KSA is seeking to hire the following position:

Job Title: Procurement Manager

• Manage and control the implementation of the company purchases of equipment, supplies and services from local and foreign vendors, and ensure that orders are received and achieved as per agreed schedules and in a cost/quality effective manner.
• Plan, direct and coordinate the activities of procurement specialists.
• Locate vendors and subcontractors, have meetings with them for building and sustaining long term partnership especially key ones.
• Supervise & control the purchasing process taking into consideration the budget and company policy.
• Sourcing new vendors/subcontractors and supporting them in qualifying.
• Maintain records of goods ordered and received.
• Resolve vendor and subcontractor claims.
• Prepare techno commercial bid proposals in accordance with the bid documents, taking into consideration a well understanding of specifications/drawings.

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical.
• 10 years' experience in big construction projects.
• Very good user of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.).
• Very good English.
• Very good communication skills.
