Basic Functions
- Classify imported and exported goods according to customs tariff codes
- Review shipment documents and verify compliance requirements
- Coordinate with customs clearance team for smooth processing
- Ensure accurate product classification to avoid customs delays
- Determine correct HS Code classification for products
- Review invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents
- Ensure compliance with Saudi customs regulations and requirements
- Coordinate with operations team on customs declarations
- Resolve classification discrepancies and documentation issues
- Keep updated with customs regulations and tariff changes
- 3+ years experience in customs clearance or goods classification
- Strong understanding of Saudi customs regulations and HS Codes
- Experience dealing with FASAH platform and customs documentation
- Background in freight forwarding or customs brokerage preferred
- Strong knowledge of customs tariff classification
- Attention to detail and high accuracy
- Good understanding of import/export procedures
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
